What You Will Be Doing

• Design a wide range of email marketing collateral from conception through final production. Work creatively with team members to develop and deliver high-quality emails on a schedule
• Deliver clean, visually engaging email marketing graphics that maintain subscribers’ branding guidelines (appropriate use of logos, color, composition, and perspective)
• Research subscriber's industry, website, social media profiles, and brand kit to create on-brand, cohesive, and enticing graphics that drive results
• Keep up on trends and culture of our subscriber's accounts to produce better collateral
• Working to various timelines in a fast environment while maintaining accuracy and consistent branding

What You Will Bring To The Team

• 2-4 years of graphic design experience using Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva
• Experience with design principles that produce exceptional graphic designs and generate results
• A willingness to learn about our system and processes for the purpose of bettering the UX of our subscribers
• The drive of a self-starter with the ability to proactively identify issues and provide solutions
• The ability to multitask and act proactively without close supervision
• Fluent in English, written and verbally
• Must be well-organized, detail-oriented, and efficient with time management
• A passion and understanding of both email and email marketing is a plus!
